CHINESE SCHEZWAN FISH


INGREDIENT

Pomfret fish 3
Beaten eggs 2
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Refine oil 1/2 cup

INGREDIENT FOR GRAVY

Red chilli 4
Garlic flakes 8
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Schezwan sauce 3 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Garlic grass chopped 1/2 cup
Sesame oil 3 tbsp

PROCESS

Clean fish, marinated with Vinegar, Garlic paste and salt for 1/2 an hour
Add Corn flour, salt with beaten eggs and make batter
Dip the fish into batter and deep fry, keep aside

CHINESE SCHEZWAN FISH

PROCESS FOR GRAVY

Soak garlic & red chilli into vinegar for 1 hour and make a paste
Heat oil add that paste and stir well
Add Schezwan sauce , Oyster sauce, salt and cook for 3 minutes
Add 1/2 cup water & fish cover the pan, cook for 5 minutes
Add Garlic grass chopped
Heat Sesame oil in a very high flame
Pour the oil over the preparation
Serve immediately
