Teriyaki Fish Fillets Recipe

This a popular Japanese dish. It can be prepared with any boneless fish fillets.


Boneless fish fillets - 200gm ( cut into 4 inch size for each piece). Use any type of boneless fish
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Spring onion green finely chopped – 3 tbsp
Chopped red onion – 1 small cup

Soya sauce - 3 tbsp
Mirin ( Japanese wine) or red wine – 2 tbsp ( combine 1 tsp sugar) you can use readymade orange juice
Brown sugar – 1 tsp
Sesame oil – 1 tsp


Marinate fish fillets with all ingredients for 1 hour
In a oven bowl, Place fish fillets with marinating juice
Run oven in high temperature for 5 to 7 minutes
