OATS RECIPE CHINESE STYLE


This oat recipe is ideal for breakfast. This healthy recipe is unique in taste as Chinese sauce is added in this preparation. Try it home, surely it will be very tasteful.

PREPARATION TIME – 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME – 15 MINUTES
SERVED AS – 4 PERSONS

INGREDIENT

Oats 2 cups
Carrot chopped ½ cup
French beans chopped ½ cup
Broccoli or cauliflower chopped ½ cups
Onion slices 2 tbsp full
Garlic flakes 5
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper freshly grind ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Refine oil 1 tbsp
Water 4 cups

PROCESS

Heat oil in a pan, add mashed garlic and let garlic lightly brown
Add onion slices, fry onions are transparent
Add all vegetables and cook for 10 minutes
Add oats, salt and water
Bring to boil, add sauces
Sprinkle pepper
