CHINESE STIR FRY VEGETABLES RECIPE


This is one of my favorite chinese dishes. Brown vinegar and tomato sauce are used to prepared the dish. It tastes little bit of sweet and sour.

Chinese vegetable stir-fry belongs to classic Asian recipes that can be easily made. It is very healthy.

PREPARATION TIME 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME – 10 MINUTES
SERVES - 4 PERSONS


INGREDIENTS

Parboiled mixed vegetables - (baby corn, green shallot or spring onion, red and green paper, carrot, fresh button mushroom ) cut into pieces, carrot should be cut in rings, papers - dice cut.
Onion rings - 1 small cup
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Red chili sauce
Brown vinegar - 2 tbsp
Tomato ketch up - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Sea salt to taste
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp

PROCESS

Heat oil in a wok over high heat, add all vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes.
When the vegetables mixture will be dry, add ginger paste, mix well, cook for few minutes.
Add 5 tbsp water ( if you want to make gravy add 1 small cup water) and all sauces, seasoning with salt and sugar, cook on high flame for minutes.
Serve hot.
NOTE - The total preparation must be done on high flame.
