BEST HAMBURGER MEAT RECIPE


This is one of the best hamburger recipes for children. If you are a vegetarian, you can use potatoes and fully prepared soy granule instead of meat, even chicken minced can be used in place of ham.

INGREDIENTS


4 regular burger bread
Fully cooked smoked ham - 200 gm or cooked chicken mince or cooked soy granule
Onion - 2 medium size
Ripped red tomatoes - 2 medium size
Boiled egg - 2
Green lettuce leaves - few
Boiled potatoes - 2 big sizes
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Smoked paprika - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
Cheese slice - 4
Grated cheddar cheese - 1 small cup
Bread crumbs - 1 large cup
Oil for preparing patty
Salt to taste
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Butter - 2 to 3 tbsp


PROCESS

Take round cut onion, tomatoes and eggs and keep aside, deep lettuce into ice cold water.
Finely chopped ham with a sharp knife, mix with mashed potatoes, if soy granule is used, it should be mixed with potatoes, add garlic paste, seasoning with salt and paprika.
Mix 2 tbsp tomato sauce, herbs, grated cheese and bread crumbs, mix well.
Make 4 patties with the mixture, take one fourth of the mixture at a time, make round ball, compact and shape it pressing by plums, follow the same procedure for other patties.
Deep fry all the patties or you can grill them with little oil.
Now toast the breads, cut from middle, spread butter on top; keep patty, onion, egg , tomato and cheese slices and lettuce.
Spread tomato sauce as topping sauce, your Hamburger is ready.
