CHOCOLATE BALLS IN RICH CHOCOLATE SAUCE


INGREDIENT FOR BALLS

Khoya Kheer 250 gm
Chocolate syrup 1 & ½ cups
Sugar ½ cup
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
beaten eggs 2
Muesli 1 cup
Resins 2 tbsp
Oil ½ cups

INGREDIENT FOR SAUCE

Chocolate syrup 1 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
cream ½ cup

PROCESS

Soak resins in water for 1 hour & chopped
Heat a pan
Add butter, when butter will melt, add mashed Khoya Kheer, sugar & Chocolate syrup
Stir carefully, add resins and mix well till sugar melt
Let the preparation be cool
Prepare medium size balls manually
You can rub butter on your palm
Dip the balls into beaten eggs & roll over the muesli
Follow this procedure twice
Keep the balls in deep freezer so that the coating becomes firm
Fry the balls only few seconds so that egg coating becomes cooked

PROCESS FOR BALLS

Add all ingredients of sauce in a mixer and blend well
Pour over the balls
Serve the preparation chilled
