FRIED CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE


This is a snacks recipe, prepared with fresh chicken wings. For overnight marinating, spices penetrate inside the chicken and make the wings soft. In first bite you will get crispy coating outside and soft juice chicken inside.

PREPARATION TIME = 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME = 20 MINUTES
SERVED = 4 PERSONS

INGREDIENT


Fresh chicken wings 8 (each 50 gm)
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Paprika powder or red chili powder 1 tsp
Sour curd 2 tbsp
Mango powder 1 tsp
Curry powder or cookme meat masala 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Corn flour ½ cup
Vermicelli (simoe) dust by hand 2 tbsp full
Refine oil 2 or 3 tbsp

PROCESS

Marinate chicken with curd, salt, ginger and garlic paste for overnight
Now add paprika powder, mango powder and curry powder, keep for 15 minutes to penetrate spices inside
Mix corn flour and vermicelli together
Coat wings by the mixture
Heat a pan preferably grill pan, add oil and roast the wings
Turn when one side done
Serve with your favorite sauce or sour cream
