GRILLED CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE


This is one of the popular recipes for children. In this recipe, no artificial color is used instead beetroof paste is used to provide a dark red color and make the dish healthy.

PREPARATION TIME = 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME = 20 MINUTES
SERVED = 4 PERSONS

INGREDIENTS


Chicken wings - 8 pieces ( each about 100 gm)
Ginger paste - 2 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp or as per your choice
Beetroot paste - 3 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Onion rings - 20 gm
Red wine vinegar or fruit vinegar - 2 tsp
Oil or melted cooking butter to grill chicken pieces
Salt to taste


PROCESS

Mix ginger & garlic paste along with beetroot paste, add all other ingredients with the paste except oil and chicken wings.
Marinate wings in this paste, keep in the refrigerator for over night.
Heat oil in a grill pan, place all wings and roast for 10 minutes on medium heat, brush oil on the wings, turn after one side is burnt
Pour melted butter on the top (optional);sprinkle crushed black pepper, coriander leaves on top.
