HOW TO COOK TURKEY LEGS


Turkey is one of the favorite dishes of America. It is cooked with Onion, some sauces and spices. Learn how to make turkey as yummy as you want.

INGREDIENT


Turkey legs 6 pieces
Chopped onion 1 cup
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Thyme 1 tsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste

INGREDIENT FOR PINEAPPLE SAUCE


Pineapple juice ½ cup
Ginger juice 1 tbsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Corn flour 2 tsp

PROCESS FOR ROAST

Cook turkey legs in a heavy bottom pan with required amount of water and salt
About 20 – 30 minutes, turkey becomes tender
Drain the remaining cooking juice and keep aside
Marinate turkey legs with salt, mayonnaise, garlic paste, oil, teriyaki sauce and pepper for 1 hour
Add onion, thyme and mustard powder and keep in microwave oven for 10 minutes, you can use grill pan for gas oven

PROCESS FOR PINEAPPLE SAUCE

Mix corn flour with cooking juice
Add pineapple and ginger juice, pepper and little bit of salt and bring it to boil
Add corn flour mixture and cook for 2 minutes
Maintain the thickness of the sauce as you want
Served turkey legs with pineapple saucet
