QUICK GROUND TURKEY RECIPE


This delicious dish is made of Turkey. If turkey is not available, chicken minced or keema can be used in place of it. It is a perfect dish for dinner, baked and little spicy.

PREPARATION TIME = 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME = 20 MINUTES
SERVED = 4 PERSONS

INGREDIENTS


Turkey meat minced - 2 large cups of 500 gm
Ready-made tomato soup - 1 large cup or tomato soup cube -1
Onion - 2 large chopped
Garlic powder - 2 tsp or garlic paste 2 tsp
Bird eye red chili powder - 1 tsp or black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Butter - 3 tsp
Parmesan cheese shredded - 30 to 50 gm
Fresh French beans - 20 gm
Whole dry red chili - 5
Salt to taste

PROCESS

Heat oven at 200 degree C.
Heat butter in a saucepan; add beans and whole dry red chilies, saute for few minutes, transfer beans & chilies into a backing pot.
In the remaining butter add onion, let it be cooked, stir fry until onions change in golden, transfer onions to the same pot.
Add all ingredients , add tomato soup or soup cube and 1 large cup hot water, turkey meat, sprinkle cheese and garlic powder on top, cover the pot with aluminum foil, bake for 15 to 20 minutes on 200 degree C. Garnish with spring onion green.
