BAKED CHEESE CAKE WITH BUTTER VANILLA CREAM


This is an ideal cheese cake for sweet loving people. To make the cake soft, I have used homemade paneer with cheese. Readymade paneer or tofu can also be used as per choice.

Fresh fruits are used to decorate as well as make cake heather. It is an egg less cake for vegetarian.

INGREDIENT FOR CAKE

Homemade or readymade paneer ( grated) - 500gm
Condensed milk – 1 cup
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Powdered sugar – 1 cup
Melted cheese – 100 gm
Refine oil – 3 or 4 tbsp
Baking soda – 1 tsp

INGREDIENT FOR TOP

Fresh cream – ½ cup
Melted butter – 4 tbsp
Powdered sugar – 4 tbsp
Vanilla essence – few drops
Some fresh fruits cuts in slices
Some powdered sugar to dust

PROCESS

Mix flour with baking soda
Mix paneer with condensed milk, add sugar and beat
Add flour and oil and beat again
Add cheese and make the mixture as smooth as possible
Grease an oven prove try and pour the mixture
You can use little warm milk if the mixture appears too thick
The mixture must be thick dropping consistency
Bake in 150 degree C for 30 to 40 minutes
Check with a knife as it is stucked or not
Let the cake comes in home temperature
For the top mix cream with sugar and butter , add essence and mix well
Keep the mixture in the freezer to cool
Decorate the cake with fruits and drop the butter cream mixture on top
Sprinkle sugar dust and serve cool
