EASY COCONUT CAKE RECIPE WITH CHEESE TOPPING


INGREDIENT


It is an unique coconut cake, taken from Filipino cuisine.

Plane flour 4 cups
Egg 3
Thick coconut milk 2 cups
Castor sugar ½ cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Grated cheese 4 tbsp

INGREDIENT FOR TOPPING

Whipped cream 4 tbsp
Castor sugar 1 tbsp
Grated cheese 4 tbsp and grated coconut 4 tbsp

PROCESS

Beat eggs for 5 minutes
Add flour, baking powder, sugar and cheese
Beat again until all ingredients mix properly
Add coconut milk and again beat
Brush oil on an oven prove dish and pour the mixture
Bake the mixture at 200 degree C for 15 minutes.

PROCESS FOR TOPPING

Mix cream and sugar properly
Spread cream on the cake and sprinkle cheese and coconut
Cut into pieces in square or any shape
