ICE CREAM CUP CAKE RECIPE


In this hot summer, try some chilled, lip smacking dessert. This cup cake is excellent for kids as it is rich with dried fruits and chocolate chips. Outside layer is creamy. This soft, ice-cold cake will be certainly liked by your child.

PREPARATION TIME –20 MINUTES
COOKING TIME –8 to 12 MINUTES
SARVE FOR – 4 PERSONS

INGREDIENT


All purpose flour- 2 large cups
Egg - 3
Chopped almond – 2 tsp full
Chopped cashew nut – 2 tsp full
Chopped cherry – 2 tsp full
Very finely chopped green apple – 2 tsp full
Milk – 2 cups
Chocolate chips – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Powdered sugar - 1 and ½ cups
Baking powder- ½ tsp
Cup cake mould - 8
Cardamom powder- 1 tsp

INGREDIENT FOR TOPPING


Truitty fruitty ice cream – 8 scoops

PROCESS

Mix flour with milk and baking powder, beat until smooth
Mix egg with sugar, constantly beat to make it fluffy, keep aside
Add all the fruits, nuts and chocolate chips with flour mixture
Add cardamom powder and mix well
Now add egg mixture, use a fork to beat
Pour the mixture in 8 separates mould and bake in 200 degree C for 8 to 12 minutes
Top with truity fruity ice cream and keep in refrigerator for overnight
Served chilled
