Get your meals salt free and try to include some recognized herbs like oregano, thyme, basil, mint, basil, rosemary, lime or lemon juice.

Avoid chewing gum and instead take crispy nuts or seeds like sunflower seeds, fennel or almonds. While chewing gum, one consumes air and it gets trapped in your GI tract resulting bloating and belly growth.
