AFGHANI CHICKEN KEBAB RECIPE


INGREDIENT


It is a famous street food of India, very much popular in Lucknow Delhi and Hyderabad.

Chicken legs (drumsticks) 4
Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Thick curd hung for 10 minutes
Egg 1 beaten
Chatu 3 tbsp
Chaat masala 1tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
salt to taste

AFGHANI TANGRI KEBAB (CHICKEN KEBAB RECIPE)

PROCESS

Marinate chicken with salt, curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder for over night
Mix egg, coriander and chatu and coat the chicken
Keep in refrigerate for 3 hours so that the coating become farm
Heat a tandoor pan or microwave oven in 180 degrees
Brush oil on chicken legs and cook for 10 minutes
Turn the chicken and brush oil again
Serve with melted butter (optional), chaat masala and lemon juice
