Avial Curry Recipe


INGREDIENT


Potato 2
Raw banana 2
Drumsticks 5 (data)

Red pumpkin 250 gm
Carrot 150 gm
Coconut 2 cup
Cumin ( jeera ) powder 1 tbsp
Coriander (dhaniwa) powder 1 tbsp
Green chilli 2
Sour curd beaten 1 & ½ cup
Few mustard seeds & curry leaves
Oil ½ cup
Sugar 1 tbsp

AVIAL (SOUTH INDIAN VEG CURRY)

PROCESS

Boil all vegetables, paste coconut & green chilli
Heat oil, add mustard seeds & curry leaves
Add coconut paste & jeera & dhaniwa powder, salt
Add all vegetables & stir well
Cover the pan, cook for 10 minutes
Add 1 cup water, sugar & curd
Cook for 5 minutes & add curry leaves.
